Russell Joseph is the Director of 'The Construction Managers' and brings over three decades of experience as a Construction Manager, Expert Witness & Defects Inspections. Holding the qualifications of Domestic Builder Unlimited (DBU-10275) and Commercial Builder Unlimited (CB-2972), Russell has successfully operated his own construction business since 1986, earning a reputation for quality, compliance, and integrity.

Extensive Qualifications and Expertise

In the early 1990s, Russell working as a Construction Manager, Expert Witness & Defects Inspections, expanded his knowledge by completing the Building Surveyors Certificate, passing all academic units over a rigorous four-year part-time study program. This advanced training strengthened his expertise in building regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

A Career Built on Experience

Aside from a brief break between 2015 and 2019, Russell Joseph Construction Manager, has worked continuously as both a domestic and commercial builder. In recent years, he has served as a contract construction and site manager for leading builders and developers, as well as an inspector and expert witness for law firms, owners corporations, and private clients.
